The name " Super 7" is derived from the 7 minerals which are present in Quartz Crystals. The super 7 Quartz crystal can be an amethyst, smoky quartz or colorless rock or alltogather same time having different color zoning in one single crystal. The other 4 minerals are rutile, hematite, lepidocrocite, and cacoxenite. Lepidorcocite is also a hematite basically and cacoxenite is goethite. Such variety of minerals alltogather in single quartz is hardly found. This specimen has an extra compound of moving bubble which has been trapped million years ago. This is making the amethyst more rare variety of seven super amethyst.
