If the stones are sent to a laboratory for fresh certification after order confirmation, please allow an additional 2 to 3 days. Preparation of the Certificate of Authenticity begins as soon as the order is confirmed, ensuring you receive the most up-to-date certification for your gemstones.

    Time Duration for Shipping of Retail orders: Retail orders will be shipped immediately once passed verification process or availing certifications on certain amount of orders i.e. more than $1000 USD.

    Time Duration for Shipping of Wholesale orders / Pre-Orders: Wholesale or Pre- orders will be shipped with the time span of minimum one week or 15 days. It depends on availability of the stones.
