Handling Time Duration before Shipping

As a global online seller, we ship dozens of orders daily all over the world. After receiving your order, we need to do quality-control in order to ensure the product's quality and security of your order and order information. Following steps are required before finalising shipping.

Confirmation is sent immediately once verification is done

Certificate Processing Time: It typically takes 2 to 3 days to prepare the certificates for the gemstones. If the stones are sent to a laboratory for fresh certification after order confirmation, please allow an additional 2 to 3 days. Preparation of the Certificate of Authenticity begins as soon as the order is confirmed, ensuring you receive the most up-to-date certification for your gemstones.

Time Duration for Shipping of Retail orders: Retail orders will be shipped immediately once passed verification process or availing certifications on certain amount of orders i.e. more than $1000 USD.

Time Duration for Shipping of Wholesale orders / Pre-Orders: Wholesale or Pre- orders will be shipped with the time span of minimum one week or 15 days. It depends on availability of the stones.

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping is available on higher-value orders under 500 grams.
Standard shipping rates start at $15 USD, and may be $25, $35, or $45 USD depending on the weight and destination.
For bulk orders (10 kg to 100 kg or more), shipping costs will be calculated at the time of order.

The total weight of the package is 500 grams (0.5 kg) or less, You qualify for free standard shipping.

This is ideal for small, high-value gemstone purchases such as loose cut stones, fine mineral specimens, or small lots of raw crystals.

Free Shipping on Larger Orders:

If your order value is $1000 USD or more, and
The total weight is up to 1 kilogram, You are also eligible for free shipping.

This is perfect for wholesale buyers, bulk crystal purchases, or mixed lots that reach higher values.

DELIVERY TIME

Estimated Delivery Time & Remote Area Shipping

Delivery Timeframe:
Shipping time depends on your location. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 15 working days after dispatch.
Remote or Rural Areas:
If you live in a rural or remote area, please provide a clear and complete nearby address or landmark. This helps the shipping agents find your location more easily.
- Deliveries to remote areas may take longer than usual.

Flexible Returns

What is the return policy?

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Faulty products can be returned to us if they have the following types of quality defects:

zipper malfunction,
ripped or torn,

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Types of Clarity in Gemstones

1. Transparency Types

These terms describe how much light passes through a gem.

Transparent: Light passes through the stone clearly and undistorted, allowing objects to be seen clearly through it. Examples: Fine diamond, sapphire, and emerald.
Semi-Transparent: Light passes through the stone, but it is diffused. Objects on the other side are seen as blurred shapes. Examples: Some sapphires, garnets, and topaz.
Opaque: No light passes through the stone. It is impenetrable to light. Examples: Lapis lazuli, turquoise, and malachite.

2. Common Clarity Grades (Based on the GIA Diamond Scale)

Included (I1, I2, I3): Obvious inclusions that are visible to the naked eye. They can affect transparency, durability, and brilliance.
Slightly Included (SI1, SI2): Inclusions are noticeable with medium effort using a 10x loupe and may be visible to the naked eye. SI1 inclusions are often harder to see without a loupe than SI2.
Very Slightly Included (VS1, VS2): Minor inclusions that are difficult to see with a 10x loupe. They are not visible to the naked eye. This is considered excellent clarity.
Very, Very Slightly Included (VVS1, VVS2): Minute inclusions that are extremely difficult to see under 10x magnification. They are invisible to the naked eye. This is a high grade of clarity.

3. Descriptive Clarity Terms

These terms describe how a stone appears to the viewer, not under magnification.

Eye Clean: A practical term meaning that no inclusions are visible to the naked eye (without magnification). A stone can be graded SI or VS and still be "eye clean," which is often an excellent value.
Loupe Clean: A term meaning no inclusions are visible under 10x magnification. This is very rare and indicates a stone of exceptional clarity. It is similar to a Flawless or Internally Flawless grade.

Learn About Gemstone Treatment Types

1. No Treatment (None)

The gemstone is in its natural state as found in the earth. It has not been subjected to any heat, radiation, or filling processes.

2. Heated (Thermal Treatment) - "Standard Heated"

The application of heat to improve color and/or clarity. This is a traditional, accepted practice for stones like sapphire, ruby, and tanzanite.

3. Beryllium Diffused / "Beryllium Heated"

A more advanced heating process where gems are heated with elements like beryllium to deeply infuse color into the stone. This can create vibrant oranges, pinks, and yellows, often in sapphires.

4. Minor Oil / Clarity Enhancement

A common practice for emeralds, where a colorless oil or resin is used to fill surface-reaching fractures, improving clarity and stability.

Why it matters:
- Minor Oil/Faint: Indicates a small amount of residue. This is expected for most emeralds and requires only standard care.
- Moderate to Significant Oil/Resin: The treatment is less stable. The filler can dry out, discolor, or be damaged by heat, ultrasound cleaners, or harsh chemicals. These stones require special care and may need re-treatment over time.
